On Sundays at 15.30 Södermalm will do pre-season training at the gym at Globala Gymnasiet.
It will be a mix of fitness and skills training.
First training is on Sunday.
Time to get fit boys!

As I stand here today at the crossroads of history, change is coming. We’ve still got work to do and I’m fired up. The premiership is there for the taking this season.
